Main opposition party Awami League's three day's "mass no-confidence programme" ended. Awami League's General Secretary Abdul Jalil said he is sure that the government will be ousted by 30th April. He also said he is hopeful that it will be accomplished.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Khaleda Zia's Parliamentary Affairs Advisor Salauddin Quader Chowdhury spoke to Voice of America about the opposition's movement. He said he cannot consider the group who claims to be the opposition and who wants to oust the government in an unconstitutional way, as constitutional. Mr. Chowdhury said they could have presented their views at the Parliament but instead they set a deadline to oust the government in an unconstitutional way.
