A bomb blast in northeastern Bangladesh has left at least 50 people injured.
Witnesses say the bomb exploded at an opposition rally in Sunamganj district Monday.
The say the bomb went off after a senior leader of the main opposition Awami League party, Suranjit Sengupta, finished addressing the rally.
Mr. Sengupta, a member of parliament, escaped unhurt.
