Bangladesh Finance Minister Saifur Rahman said he has protested to the top officials of the Transparency International for ranking Bangladesh as the world's 'most corrupt' nation. He said that Bangladesh missed out the Millennium Development Fund worth 300 million dollars. He spoke to the journalists on his return from an international conference in Germany.
