Bangladesh Election Commission held a three-day meeting with political parties. The meeting about a new voter list ended on Thursday.
Fifty three political parties, out of the117 invited, joined the dialogue. Awami League and its allies did not join the meeting.
Chief Election Commissioner M. A. Aziz said that he thinks that the political dialogue he initiated was a success. He also said that those who termed his initiative as a political farce can say that if they want since it is their democratic right.
