Chanchal Khan, a development specialist and a researcher on political terrorism, crime prevention and developmental issues. He has worked as an advisor in UN and Asian Development Bank. Dr. Chanchal Khan in this part of the interview suggested that all Islamic Banks, Insurance companies and NGOs should be scrutinized regularly, Law enforcement agencies should be reorganized and be able to work without any political influences, government must show their good faith to resolve these problems and bring changes.
