The Inspector General of Police , Abdul Qaiyum has denied allegations that massive arrests are made. He said that that they are detaining people who are suspected criminals and terrorists.
The Secretary for Home Affairs said that if the political demonstration turns violent, they should deal with it in tough manner so that law and order situation does not get out of hands.
