The Election Commission today directed West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand governments to coordinate with each other and see that the inter-state borders were properly sealed before and during the April 17 Assembly polls in the three Maoist-hit West Bengal districts of West Midnapore, Bankura and Purulia.
