A reporter from NTV in Bangladesh, Rumana Rumi is on a personal visit to the US.
In an exclusive interview with VOA Bangla Service she says that although she reports on all topics , she particularly likes reporting on women’s affairs.
She also says that there is a tendency in Bangladesh to undermine women as journalists and at times to side track them. But women are gradually meeting the challenges and going ahead with field reporting event at remote places.
