Like the doctors , the hospital superintendents will also be required , under an upcoming regulation to live within the premises of a hospital. If any superintendents do not live in the hospital premises while there is an accommodation , (s)he will be penalized by the authority.
The health department of the Indian state of West Bengal has asked for a regular review meetings in the hospitals.
