There has been a protest against price hike of the petroleum goods and other daily commodities in West Bengal. Indian Democratic Youth Federation , the youth forum of the party in power CPM organized this protest rally through out the Indian state of West Bengal.
The state secretary of the Forum alleged that the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government in the center is moving away from the minimal program of the party. He said that the price hike is due to the wrong policy of the central government in India.
