Kashmir, a popular tourist destination is facing uncertainty in their tourism industry after a series of attacks by militants in that region. Nearly one million tourists visited Kashmir last year.
Tourists from West Bengal have also been killed in Tuesday’s attack.
On Tuesday, a series of grenade attacks killed eight people near Dal Lake, in the summer capital, Srinagar. Most of the dead were tourists. At least 24 others were injured.
It is the sixth time since April that suspected separatist militants targeted tourists in Kashmir.
