Nirupam Sen, the Industries Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal is going on a trip to Japan in an effort to attract investment from West Bengal. His trip to Japan will also help remove a misunderstanding between the West Bengal state government and the government of Japan. The misunderstanding was created regarding the construction of a bridge.
