Mohammad Shahnowaz , the Chittagong Bureau Chief of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) is on US trip on invitation from the State Department .

He thinks that BSS being a government media organization is not in reality controlled by the government. Shahnowaz , however , agrees that there are officials who go out of the way to promote government.
