The industrial strike and road, railway and waterway blockade of Sramik Karmachari Oikya Parishad was partially enforced across the country on Sunday.
SKOP called for the six-hour road, railway and waterway blockade starting from 6:00am and the 24-hour industrial strike to push for its six-point demand which includes implementation of all agreements signed with SKOP, change in the new labor law, implementation of the minimum wage for workers and end to privatization of nationalized mills and factories.
