Israel's counter-terrorism authority says tourists visiting India's western Goa state face a "concrete threat" of attack by al-Qaida militants.
In a statement issued on Wednesday on its Web site, Israel's Foreign Ministry advised Israelis against traveling to the popular beach area. The ministry says a possible attack could take place in late December.
