The non-government think tank Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) presented a 12-point election plus economic agenda to the caretaker government for holding a credible election free from black money and muscle power.
CPD Executive Director Debapriya Bhattacharya said the present government should focus on three major areas, improving the environment, strengthening the efficiency of anti-corruption initiatives and supporting reform of political institutions.
