Rescuers recovered another body from the 11-storey BSEC Building in Karwan Bazar on Tuesday, raising the death count to four.
The investigators have not yet found the cause of Monday's devastating blaze. The building houses private television channels NTV, RTV, and the daily Amar Desh.
