Bangladesh Biman now has become a public limited company with a new name ,Biman Bangladesh Airlines Limited.
Shares will be floated in the share market and an international operator will be appointed through public tender bidding to run the new airline.
Meanwhile fifty percent of Biman's approaximately six thousand employees have already been given golden shake hands thus reducing the airline's annual overhead expenses and this has made the new public limited company more viable as a commercial organization , says the new CEO/Managing Director Dr.M.A.Momen in this exclusive interview with VOA-Bangla.
