Abed Khan is a journalist from Bangladesh . He is the editor of a Bangla Daily newspaper Shamokal. In this interview Abed Khan focuses on the probabilty of election on December 18 2008.

He expresses some concerns about the possibility of holding election on the specific date. He says that the scheduled done for the Upazilla Election immediately after the parliamentary election has raised some questions.

Mr Khan says that the question of indemnity of some of the acts of the government, the demands put forward by BNP and the law and order situation in Bangladesh cast doubt on the possibility of election being held on that day.
