Donars and diplomats in Bangladesh are watching the developments in Bangladesh. They have expressed their deep concerns about the situation in Bangladesh. They have said that engaging the army for maintaining law and order situation in Bangladesh can only proof the failure of the police to control the situation. They also mentioned the problems of good governance in Bangladesg and raised questions about the efficiency of Prime Minister Khaleda Zia's government. They said although quite a lot of people have been arrested and a few arms recovered , they are far fewer than was originally expected. They welcomed the belated tough measure taken by the government but have expressed their doubts about Begum Zia's governments efficiency.
