The top diplomats from France and Germany , in a Press Conference in Dhaka , reiterated their governments position of looking for peaceful ways to disarm Saddam Hossain . They said that the peaceful solution to this crisis is possible while respecting the UN security council resolution 1441. They feared that a war against Iraq will not only bring about instability in that region but would also have adverse affect through out the world. They said that the united efforts of the western power and the muslim world together to combat global terrorism could be disturbed through this war.
