The new speaker of Indian parliament, Somnath Chatterjee, is the first Bengali and the member of the Communist Party who has been elected to hisghest post of Indian Parliament. A veteran parliamentarian with a 33 year experience , Mr Chatterjee, in this interview,said that as a speaker of the House, he will even-handedly give an opportunity to all the members to express their views and opinions from their constituencies.
