Jyoti Basu , the former chief minister of West Bengal and a member of the polit bureau of the Communist Party of India(Marxist)has said that he would demand that the central government in India revise a part of the budget.
Mr Basu was speaking to the tenth conference of the West Bengal Bank Employees Federation in Kolkata.
