Former US President Bill Clinton and Britain’s prime minister Tony Blair have contributed to the program taken by the Global Fund.The organization believes that for developmental work a multi-national assistance is required.The Global Fund was formed in January,2002.Global Fund gives help to any government and non- government organizations provided they have their own programs.
