M Morshed Khan, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh has said that reform of the United Nations shoul not be kept confined only within the expansion of the Security Council.He said that the reforms should be total taking into consideration the humanitarian aspects. the foreign minister said that Bangladesh is not opposed to the idea of increasing permanent members in the UN Security Council but everything should be discussed.
