Abdullah Hel Mostafa , the Chief of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commission (NARUC) in Bangladesh, in an interview with VOA Bangla Service spoke about the role of the commission. In the second part of the interview he speaks about the measures taken to help foreign investors and the assistance US AID is providing to NARUC.
