SAARC leaders, during the retreat of the summit are planning to finalize the Dhaka declaration of the Thirteenth SAARC Summit. On Friday they have finalized the draft of the SAARC agenda and Dhaka declaration. The declaration might include a decision to form an economic union of the SAARC countries within next 15 years. The union might include a common market and a common currency for the SAARC countries.
