The District Court of Bahrampur in the Indian state of West Bengal has ordered that Congress MP should remain detained until November 28. Adhir Choudhury was arrested in New Delhi on Saturday and he was flown over to Bahrampur same night. On Sunday the District Court heard a bail appeal about two of the charges. In one of the charges, he was granted bail but in the other which was a murder case , he was refused bail. In another development the supporters of Adhir Choudhury clashed with the police.
