The foreign secretaries of Bangladesh and Russia are meeting in Moscow on Wednesday. Foreign Secretary of Bangladesh Hemayetuddin will leave for Moscow on Tuesday. This annual meeting is held in the capitals of this two countries under a protocol signed in 1992. The last meeting was held in 2003 at Dhaka. The foreign secretary will discuss several bilateral issues with the Russian leaders.
