India’s Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia on Monday held a meeting on draft approach paper on the 11th five year plan with the chief ministers from Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Bihar and the finance minister of Jharkhand.
Mr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia said the 11th Five Year Plan is targeting faster and inclusive growth on agriculture, manufacturing and infrastructure.
