West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee has appealed to the Trinamool Congress to come forward for talks on the Singur issue.
The Chief Minister told the state assembly that fencing work at Singur will be completed in the next two days and the government would hand over the land to Tatas this month.
