Mr. Prakash Karat, general secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Sunday said after a two-day meeting of the Polit Bureau of the party, that the SEZ projects "will not proceed" till amendments to the SEZ Act and rules were carried out on an all-India basis.
