West Bengal Police officials have said that an investigation revealed that the vehicle accident of India’s Foreign Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee was purely an accident.
A tire of a truck burst and it fell sideways and the Minister’s car hit the truck. The accident occurred on a 20-foot wide road.
