Deputy Chief of Staff of the liberation forces in 1971 in Bangladesh, Air Vice Marshal (retired) A K Khandkar, Bir Uttam, in an interview with Voice of America, Bangla Service, said the newly formed Sector Commanders Forum is planning to hold a convention on 21st March.
He also said that they will take all necessary steps to bring anti-liberation forces to justice.
