Offices of almost all other political parties across the country went abuzz again with their leaders and activists crowding them after more than a year’s hiatus after a conditional relaxation of the ban on political activities.
But grassroots leaders and activists on Tuesday, the first day after relaxing the ban on political activities, demanded unrestricted political activities for transition to democracy through credible elections.
Leaders and activists of political parties gathered at their offices, cleaned them and passed the day exchanging greetings, and holding meetings and prayer sessions.
