Tibetans who were exiled in India since the uprising against Chinese rule in Lhasa 50 years ago, celebrated March 10th as the day of hope and resolve.
The Tibetan religious leader, Dalai Lama, however, does not dream anymore of an independent Tibet.
In a message, he said, he will be content with meaningful autonomy.
