The Bangladesh Parliamentary Standing Committee on Water Resources has formed an all-parliamentary team to visit the Tipaimukh dam site in Manipur, India.
The team will be led by Abdur Razzaq. Experts and environmentalists in Bangladesh are concerned that the construction of the dam will negatively affect Bangladesh.
