Bangladesh Chief Justice constituted a five-judge bench of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court to hear and dispose of the appeal petitions of the convicts now in jail in the Bangabandhu murder case.
Chief Justice MM Ruhul Amin constituted the bench comprising Justice Md Tofazzul Islam, Justice Md Abdul Aziz, Justice BijanKumar Das, Justice Md Mozammel Hossain and Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha.
The hearing of the appeals will begin on Monday.
