Pakistani Muslim militant Mir Aimal Kasi has been put to death by lethal injection for the 1993 killings of two C-I-A employees outside Washington, D-C.
Prison authorities in Greensville, Virginia announced the death sentence had been carried out shortly after 0200 Universal Time today (Friday).
The U-S Supreme Court and Virginia Governor Mark Warner had refused to stop the execution.
