A meeting of Joint River's Commission (JRC) comprising Bangladesh and India are scheduled to begin from Monday, September 29. Prior to this meeting the focus is now on India's plan to built inter-river links which has met with severe concern and criticism in Bangladesh. Environmentalists and others in India are also feeling deep concerns about the plan.
