Bangladesh has denied a recent allegation by the Chief Minister of Indian State of Assam and an army official that Indian insurgents flushed out from Bhutan are entering Bangladesh and that they have camped there. Foreign Secretary of Banglasdesh Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury said on Thursday that Bangladesh does not believe in encouraging insurgency and do not have any such camps inside Bangladesh.
