M Mujibul Huq , the Pay Commission Chairman in Bangladesh has said that one of the main concerns of the ordinary people in Bangladesh is the huge gap between the highest and the lowest salary in Bangladesh. While talking to VOA he ,however, added that on the other hand for good governance , talents need to paid well.
