A writ petition has been filed in the High Court in Bangladesh, challenging the formation of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and the law itself under which RAB was formed. Md. Raziur Rahman Chowdhury and Sk. Gulam Hafiz, two lawyers of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh filed the writ petition.
