Asked about preparations for Eid-ul-Adha this year, Sayed Mohammad from the camp-5 said, Now the Rohingyas in the camp are far from buying sacrificial animals, they have to wait for the help of others on the day of Eid. Therefore, on the day of Eid, all Rohingyas express their sorrow by remembering their motherland. Asked about preparations for this year's Eid-ul-Adha, he said, although some Rohingyas whose relatives are abroad having been able to prepare for Eid this year, it is much less than last year. But most Rohingyas are hoping for donations.

Translation Summary: Sadek Hussain, a Rohingya youth said who came from Bolibazr village tract of Maungdaw township and live in Balukhali Camp- 08E right now said, “ I have known from my relatives, friends who live in Arakan, Myanmar that Myanmar Military are killing, arresting, detaining its own people. Also, the innocent Rohingya in Arakan, Myanmar are also subject to murder and torture by both Myanmar military regiments and Arakan Army-AA. The Arakan Army says that Arakan is our state and you Rohingya have to pay money if you do anything and stay here. But the Myanmar military say to the Rohingya that Myanmar military regiments can’t take responsibilities of taking money, killing, raping, and torturing that Arakan Army-AA have been doing on Rohingya”.
Hussain said again that it is the period of COVID-19 pandemic and the Rohingya who have been affected with it are unable to take treatment due to restriction of movement and the brutality of both Arakan Army-AA and Myanmar military regiments. So, the people who have been living in Cox's Bazar Rohingya camp are concerned about it. Finally, Hussain added that we, Rohingya who have taken shelter in Bangladesh, want to go back to our homeland Arakan, Myanamar with full citizen’s rights
