Translation Summary: It has been two years that Voice of America launch the Voice of America Rohingya Lifeline Program today on July 29, 2021. Aung Mying, a Rohingya youth and the resident of Kutupalong camp 07 said that Rohingya suffered brutality and torture and then become Refugee about1 million Rohingya to Bangladesh as it had no media to raise their voice. Now, people could raise their voice of needs, safety, security, rights and so on as Voice of America launched legally VOA Rohingya lifeline program under VOA Bangla Service. So, I would like to request to develop it more than now hoping the more facilities of Rohingya as well.
Rohingya activist Moolana Nurul Alam, resident of camp-09 said that we are now able to know about ongoing brutality of Myanmar military regiments, Arakan Army-AA what hav been doing on Rohingya in Arakan, Myanmar. Also, we have known about the NGO , INGO services and the instruction of COVID-19 pandemic via VOA Rohingya lifeline. So, people can obey the instruction of WHO regarding the COVID -19 and then able to take the services of NGO and INGO as well. So, VOA Rohingya lifeline Program has become essentials for Rohingyas..

He said, “The water level now goes down and people are trying to get back to their shelters by cleaning muds. Those who don’t have helping hand, they call volunteers to help them out”.
Zahir also urges authorities to provide them materials for repair their shelters.
“The shelters which were under water now is not on shape. They need to reconstruct some of the part. If authority provides us tarpaulin and other materials it will help them to make their shelters more stronger- he added”.
