Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh said on Sunday that there were no "insurmountable" barriers to prevent his government from completing the full five-year term despite differences with the Left parties on some economic issues.
Dr. Singh also expressed the government’s commitment to improve the standard of living under the Common Minimum Program.
