Minister for Industries in the Indian state of West Bengal, Nirupam Sen has called for women to be self sufficient. He was speaking on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of co-operative union. in the Burdwan district in West Bengal. He also mentioned about some of the programs to be taken for the economic benefits of women.
