Dhaka Metropolitan Police , on Sunday, halted the election of the Supreme Court Bar Association scheduled for March 28 and 29.
In a statement the DMP said that the permission for the polls was withdrawn for special reasons.
Just a few days ago DMP had given permission to hold polls.
