Jugantor Editor Golam Sarwar says he believes restrictions on indoor politics should not be lingered for too long.
But Law Advisor Barrister Moinul Hossain said earlier that lifting of the ban had become complicated due to the recent Dhaka University incident.
Mr Sarwar says participation of the main political parties in a dialogue with the Election Commission is important. He doubts if that is possible until the ban on indoor politics is relaxed.
