Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr. Dipu Moni addressed the teachers and students at Dhaka University during a publication event.
The Foreign Minister during her speech said that 20 to 30 million Bangladeshis will be displaced as a result of global climate change.
She said people will suffer, poverty will increase and the number of slum dwellers will increase in the cities.
